getting a little sick, also Left knee hurting yesterday & today, think i'll take a couple days off... brought out the roller and the guy that gave a talk at the AOA retreat gave me some more exercises to strengthen my inner leg muscles.

ran around the city, climb is only a guessitmate, probably more than what I put... did the DFTrail in 16:19 (E-W) --little slower on the down cause i had runners on and it was icey. Tried to run all the stairs... got so close, was 1 flight away on the big up, that was where I reached my max HR of the run.

I'm going to Mexico City in January!! very exciting, might go a couple weeks early and visit the Oaxaca and Acapulco areas for some quality relaxation. I'tll be my 30th country visited so celebration is definitely in the plans!
