Orienteering in the City (Prince's Island) 1:18:00 [1] ***

Started with memory-O on the Cresent Heights map then a longish sprint on Prince's Island followed by another memory-o on the first map.
I ate some baked beans on toast at least 2 hours ahead and I thought I was safe but my stomach was feeling queasy right from the begining. So I did a mix of walking and jogging trying not churn my stomach, this session was more like zone 0.5. But my mom only beat me by 6 minutes so i couldnt have been going that slow.
Lesson learned: Don't eat Beans on Toast within 3 (or more?) hours of exercising :)
