Tried the strength/running circuit at school today.
There's 12 stations (biceps, triceps, squats, leg curls, leg press, core exercises, pull ups, etc.) you do a station for 30 sec then do some biking for 30sec to keep your heart rate up, then the next station etc.
I ran for 1 min in between stations instead of 30 sec because that's how long it took to jog around the track, and 30 sec at each station seems way to short to be of any benefit (especially the core station, 30sec of crunchies just doesnt cut it), so next time i think I'll try 1 min intervals instead of the 30sec. Or maybe i'm supposed to do the circuit 2 or three times, it wasnt quite clear.
