getting a little sick, also Left knee hurting yesterday & today, think i'll take a couple days off... brought out the roller and the guy that gave a talk at the AOA retreat gave me some more exercises to strengthen my inner leg muscles.

felt a little slow today especially on the DFTrail but my split for that was 16:42 so i guess it wasnt as slow as I thought b/c its one of my faster times, havent run the trail WtoE in a while so i don't know if its easier that direction...
