Biked out to the manashtash trail head. 55.08 out and 38.02 coming back.

14 minutes stretching. Then did some abs and balancing on the half bosu ball.
6 AM

Running hills 16:47 [3]

6:42 warm up. Ran stairs, 5 sets of 5. 5 minute cool down.

Tuesday Apr 2, 2013 #

Running long 45:08 [3]

8:07 warm up, light jogging. 33:59 recovery run, medium pace. 15 mph head wind heading out, same tail wind coming back. 11:08 minute cool down. Calves started becoming painful at about 25 minutes.

Monday Apr 1, 2013 #

7 PM

Running tempo 29:23 [4]

3:45 min warm up. Tempo run, 2.5 min uncomfortable, 2.5 min medium pace. I did 4 sets of this. 5-10 mph head wind heading west (heading out), 5-10 mph tail wind heading east (heading back). 5:23 min cool down. Had to ice my calves afterwards.
