Bootcamp 1:00:00 [5]

Super tough bootcamp today! Started off with timed cardio circuits with ropes and resistance band sprints, then a whole lot of abs, and then ended with an 8 minute and a 6 minute AMRAP. I wanted to challenge myself so i wore a 12 pound vest through the whole thing! I’m already feeling that challenge!
