Palos singletrack with Dianna! Trails were moist and slick so we took it a little slower than usual, but it turned out to be a fun ride on a gorgeous day!

Legs felt heavy because of stairs and incline sprints yesterday, but it felt good to be outside since I haven't seen the sun since I got back!

Level 12 on the stairmaster, 158 floors. I'd rather be outside!

Kept a steady 6.5mph up to 8 percent inclines. Again I'd much rather be outside!
