Too it easy with Random inclines up to 2.9 percent on the treadmill.

Level 11 and 12 intervals on the stairmaster. 126 floors. Double stepped the slower paces!

Level 12 Intervals up to 117 steps per minute. Double stepped the slower speeds! 136 floors climbed.

Run 40:00 [3] 4.61 mi (8:41 / mi) +240ft 8:16 / mi

Took it easy with inclines up to 2.9 percent. Increases speed every 10 minutes, then every minute for the last 5 minutes.
