Planned on a solo ride but ran into a couple friends we all rode together! Trails were nice and frozen, a little choppy, and my bike was a mess, but it gave me an extra challenge!

Short run with short inclines...working a double today so that's all I could fit in!

What we thought would be a dry-ish gravel ride on the DPR trail turned into the most challenging poo sludgy quicksand demoralizing but awesome ride ever!

Singletrack was frozen, then it started to turn to mush, so I ran with my bike to get out of it since my bike was collecting leaves and choking up my chain, and I didn't want to damage the trails. Took the multitrack instead which was damaged by horses and trucks, got some dirt and gravel in my eyes, and then the sun went away and it started snowing. Sounds like adventure race training to me!

Stairmaster 40:00 [4]

Only had time for a short butt kicker on the stairmaster! It's better than nothing! 173 floors, double stepped the slower speeds.
