Whatever weird allergic reaction I'm having to who knows what was making snots constantly pour down my face! It was still a good ride even though I could barely breathe!

Decided to do a short brick workout today! Ran after my 30 mile ride with a 6ish pound pack on. Had to stop once for coughing phlegm attack, but pushed through to the end after that nonsense!

Decided to do a short recovery run and ended up feeling like crap....literally! Had to poop about two miles in but didn't have any poop material, so I held it the whole way! TMI and gross, but any runner knows the struggle is real!
