Ran with a heavier pack because i need to get used to the weight on my back and legs for upcoming race season! Trails were frozen but super chunky from hiker and biker damage. Had to take it slower because of all the potential ankle rollers!

Rode the Des Plaines River Trail because we thought it would be dry....we were wrong! We sludged almost the entire way with a few small dry spots. Poo sludge better make us stronger!
