Heavy pack brick training day! Started it off with a run with about 18-20 pounds on my back! It was tough but i felt surprisingly strong considering my stomach is still gurgling from some bad pizza i ate a couple days ago!

Ran 9 miles at waterfall glen and hit up palos afterwards. Rode with a heavy pack to get used to the weight on my ass for AR season. Trails are pretty much perfect! Great day to beat up the legs...and ass!
Just a chill recovery run after all the riding I’ve done. I saw someone i knew along the way, so i hiked with him for a few minutes. Beautiful day but my body is a disaster, especially with allergy snots pouring down my face!
