Rode with a heavy ass pack for an upcoming expedition race, and yep, my butt hurts!! Rode the millennium trail and Moraine hills for some gravel, and then roadied back. The lemonade stand was up and open for business so i got a strawberry lemonade and a banana from Annie (the “owner”) who is the smartest 9 year old I’ve met! Apparently my stomach still doesn’t like bananas while I’m training because i burped up banana goo for the last 20 miles. That didn’t feel awesome, but the rest of the ride was even with angry butt!
