Met up with Vickie at her gym for spin class. I decided i needed more, so i went to my gym later for more.

Started my second workout of the day with double and single stepping while holding two 7.5lb dumbbells. My legs definitely felt that! 101 floors
Stairmaster 15:00 
Stepped it up with intervals of double steps and sprints at higher speeds, but without the dumbbells. 92 floors
Bike 30:00  12.7 mi (2:22 / mi)
Decided to get back on the bike for the finale, with intervals of sprints and climbs.
