Started off with a 6 mile warmup, then did spin class which was mostly resistance training, then ran 7 miles of inclines, then 40 more mins on the GymBike. My legs are going to feel awesome tomorrow!

In between all the GymBike workouts, i snuck in a 7 mile run with small inclines up to 4.3%. 699 feet
