Horrendous week at work, long hours and a lot of pressure so didn't eat too well. By the jog back to my car on Friday I was totally drained, shouldn't have been running by the end of the week, was totally drained.
Catching-up on log now and feeling great for a good reset weekend - next week should hopefully be a lot better!
Sunday run - starting to see some slow progress. Felt really good and very enjoyable - amazing what a couple of good nights sleep and sensible meals does!
Pushed until 6m then jogged it back.
Much warmer today 16ish degrees which was a big shock to the system - a long sleeved black running top was a poor choice of attire.....
