Nice run at Watchung Reservation near Scotch Plains, NJ. I ran all roads to stay cleaner due to the rain. Ran about 20 minutes of good level 4 hills.

First day of vacation ... going to Maine until after the holiday weekend.

Ran two loops of Torn Shirt Trail at Brighton State Rec Area. This was about 13 miles of good rolling terrain.

Ran with a few folks who are racing next weekend in the Xterra MTB Triathlon/Duthlon at this park.

Easy ride home after trail run. Fatigue from run made the ride a bit tougher than the ride out.
