Training Log Archive: dreamweaver

Very enjoyable sprint event around Willetton SHS and its neighbours. Trundled around at my usual fastish walking pace on Course 2 and was generally clean navigating. Indecisive out of #1 and not sure why I felt it necessary to inspect the OOB but I'd gone too far to contemplate the alternative route to the south. Took the southern route between #8 and #9, and was again too far into it before realising there was a shorter option through the boundary fences to the north. Will have to overcome my aversion to routes crossing thick black lines and focus on looking for the openings. A distant third to Rob and Richard but a podium, nonetheless, by virtue of there only being three entrants. Shame that OAWA has cut down on the wine glasses - I was looking forward to adding to my collection.
