Trail Run intervals (5x4 @ 10k pace) 1:00:00 [4] 5.5 mi (10:55 / mi)
I found literally an hour window to get on this trail before it closed again for more rain. The run went well. First interval was good which surprised me, I usually have to work up to it. The 2nd interval had a small incident. With just seconds left, my dog, who was running b hind me, took a different tree gate. I nearly hung her and her leash took a chunk out of my arm. On the 3rd interval, I caught her before it got bad. I was able to get her in front of me for the last 2.
