Treadmill hills (5 x 5@10:50/3%) 1:03:00 [3] 5.7 mi (11:03 / mi)
Not a good run. I really struggled. I had to drop speed to 11 for 20sec twice each hill. 11 min pace seemed perfectly doable but not 10:50. I did my best and kept trying but just didn’t have it yesterday. No real Achilles’ tendon pain which is good.
