Treadmill tempo (Progression and hills) 1:00:00 [4] 5.25 mi (11:26 / mi)
The progression part went well. I did fluctuate between 10:40 and 10:50 for the last 2 minutes of the progression. The hill portion didn’t go quite as well. 45 seconds of each hill was fine but I wasn’t breathing like I should and I’d run out of breath every time. #7 was the worst so I did a slow jog before #8 and that helped.
