The run was close to what you had written. The first mile was slow and I wasn’t sure if I could do the run but I kept pushing. At about a mile, my left ankle loosened up and I could push. The first 10 min of tempo work fluctuated from 9:50 to 10:20. The second 10 min were closer to evenly placed. The cool down was good.
