I spent some time last night writing a new lower body and core regimen. I am still having some rib issue when I do Upper abs so I did a substitute on the 2nd round. These should help w stairs. And just for the record, I still hate burpees.

Trail Run (Hilly hike) 28:00 [3] 2.0 mi (14:00 / mi)

This was a combo hike and easy jog. Just enough to get legs moving again.
