My plan was to lift weights afterwards, but I had an upset stomach and passed on it.

Trail Run long (3 hr run) 3:10:00 [4] 15.0 mi (12:40 / mi)

Initially I felt bad about the run, but after looking at it objectively it was ok. Temps started at 85 and hit 95 and the humidity was oppressive. The rain started about 5 min after I finished. I still was trying to train for the local 50 miler so I hit a tough portion of a different trail. Unfortunately my shoe choice was poor. Hokas are not nimble. Then a side zipper on my water pack broke. The entire structural integrity of the pack changed and it bounced around. Then I ran out of water. The last 30 minutes were actually decent. I got back on good tread and ran well.

We have a group ride on Friday nights. I haven't made it in months. Tonight virtually no one showed up. My husband and a friend rode together and were trying to catch me, but then they stopped to help someone with a problem, so I won.

This started as an easy run but I was running so well I changed to the hill run after I hit the top of the 2nd hill. The only downside was that it got dark on me and I didn't have a good light, so the cool down had to be on the road.

Concrete/road run intervals (3 sets of paces) 56:00 [4] 5.0 mi (11:12 / mi)

I was able to basically execute my plan. Each pace increase was almost 1 min from easy to maraathon and then 30 seconds faster the last pace and each sr was 5 seconds then the last. I think this may be a bit slower than what you have but I got there.
