Trying to get back into weights. My knees started to bother me again sporadically so after one set w legs, I eliminated those.

Pretty decent run. This was the same course as yesterday. It was a bit warmer than yesterday but not too bad. The first loop was the slowest. It took a bit to get going but then each lap was within a minute of yesterday's 2nd and 3rd. Since my time was up, I didn't run the last 1/4 mile but everything was the same.

It was a beautiful morning. I found what I hope will be a good training loop for the 24 hr race. The terrain is close but it is 5 miles rather than 3.25 but it'll do. I did 3 loops @ 5 miles plus a bit. My first loop surprised me at 56 minutes but the next 2 were virtually the same at 59.

Good run. I am a student of statistics. It's part of my job. Tonight's run was faster than usual, but the stats didn't show it other than the clock.
