Trail Run long (Rolling long) 2:00:00 [4] 10.5 mi (11:26 / mi)

If I hadn't been so tired from yesterday's run, this could have been another great run. My overall time was average but I either went fast or slow.

Hope your cold is better. Are you doing any traveling for Thanksgiving. My husband and I started to plan a camping trip but then our oldest daughter wanted to come and visit. Now it has turned into a huge family reunion. First family starts coming in today. Amongst other things, that means the treadmill will be basically out of commission

Concrete/road run (Long run w fartleks) 2:57:00 [3] 15.0 mi (11:48 / mi)

This was an ok run. I started slow and got a bit faster. I think the concrete on this path must be the hardest concrete ever made. After 2 1/2 hours, my back just kills me. For a Mike or so, I run through a neighborhood and the concrete sidewalks actually feel softer.
The fartleks were all types and some were even led by my dog.

Trail Run (Hike) 1:00:00 [3] 4.35 mi (13:48 / mi)

Nice hike with my husband and our dogs. It was 90 degrees today and still in the 80s after dark. Hard to believe for mid November.

Trail Run (Recovery run) 1:00:00 [3] 5.25 mi (11:26 / mi)

Fun night run. I met my husband at the trail with our dogs. We did a lot of easy with added intervals when the dogs felt like it.

Trail Run tempo (Flat marathon pace) 1:02:00 [4] 6.1 mi (10:10 / mi)

I'm not sure what happened but tonight's run was great. Even though I needed a light, I ran this route faster than I've ever run it before. I had to add a giant loop at the end because I finished so early.
