Trail Run long (Hilly long run) 3:03:00 [4] 14.0 mi (13:04 / mi)

First time back to this trail in 2 years. As best as I remember, I finished about 5 to 10 minutes faster than usual. Not bad since it hit 80 degrees about 2 hours in. This trail has long hills and I had good uphill runs and power walks.

Everything is going good for the most part. My anemia isn't clearing up like it should but it is getting better. I'm taking 4x the vitamin D and that is much better. My old foot pain is starting up but I'm getting ahead of it. The rest of the race aches and pains are gone.

Best run so far. I added another loop to my last route and still finished early. The first interval was a bit faster than planned. But I was able to keep pushing each one right at 20 seconds faster

Easy morning run. Since my running dog is still out of commission, I took our young boxer. I spent more time training her than planning my route. I was right on target except I wasn't. I allowed myself 5 minutes to run a mile. I don't know why I did that. I didn't go over much though.

Trail Run hills (Hilly run w sprints) 50:00 [4] 4.5 mi (11:07 / mi)

This was a good run. Originally I had scheduled the easy run but within just a few minutes I knew this would be a good run and didn't want to waste it. Sprints went really well too. I was able to turn them on and off on schedule. Sometimes when I'm running faster, I don't have anything left for a sprint.
