Treadmill tempo (4x1 mile @9:30) 1:08:00 [4] 6.7 mi (10:09 / mi)
This went better than I thought. I decided to use the treadmill to help me maintain an even pace. The speed and mileage aren't calebrated. I used the speed and went for 9:30 on the clock. The mileage read a bit more each mile. The first 2 went fine. After that I was getting tired. The last few minutes were ugly though.

This was a really good run. I think I'm starting to recover from the race.
I don't think I mentioned the spider bite on my foot. I got it about half way through the race. I felt getting bit but was able to ignore it. It was pretty nasty looking when I got home. The swelling is down now and so is the fever. I think it was part of the reason I felt bad last week.
