It was a beautiful morning. I had to start slowly and walk. Then I added downhills and within 20 minutes, uphills. I just focused on very short steps. Even though I've been trying to rehab my knee, it looks like it was hit by a softball. There is a huge hot and red circle above the knee. At the 90 min mark, I tripped and it took a little twist. I looked and the circle had dropped below the knee and was only tennis ball size. It didn't really bother me until right at the end, which is the toughest part. Hopefully the worst is over.
