Trail Run intervals (5x4 @ 10k pace) 1:00:00 [4] 5.5 mi (10:55 / mi)

I found literally an hour window to get on this trail before it closed again for more rain. The run went well. First interval was good which surprised me, I usually have to work up to it. The 2nd interval had a small incident. With just seconds left, my dog, who was running b hind me, took a different tree gate. I nearly hung her and her leash took a chunk out of my arm. On the 3rd interval, I caught her before it got bad. I was able to get her in front of me for the last 2.

Trail Run long (Long run focus on downhil) 3:12:00 [3] 15.0 mi (12:48 / mi)

I started slow, the same as last week. This trail is run in reverse so the downhills have switchbacks and the uphills are eroded straight lines. This makes it reallly good for this type of run. At 70 minutes, the sky opened up and poured. The bad part of this trail is that it takes very little rain and the dirt becomes a sticky mess. I was continually having to clean my shoes for the next 90 minutes. That did hinder my running. At the end, I was getting back to normal. Even with all of that, I was really only a few minutes longer than usual.

Concrete/road run (Easy) 49:00 [3] 4.3 mi (11:24 / mi)

Ok run. The dirt track was very soft and hard to run and there was a home,as man who bothered me so I left the park and ran my neighborhood hills.

Treadmill hills (Random hills) 1:00:00 [4] 5.4 mi (11:07 / mi)

Decent run. The flat portion was comfortable pace, but adding a hill was tough. I did most at 4%. I kept trying 5% but only the last minute was totally at that hill.

Cross traing (Yoga) 45:00 [3]

Stress is one of the triggers for my asthma. I'm going to try yoga along with strength moves to see if I can find a way to control it.
