Concrete/road run tempo (4 x 4 @ 9:40) 49:00 [4] 4.75 mi (10:19 / mi)

This was a surprisingly good run from warm up through cool down. The first interval was 9:35. Each one got a bit slower with the last one at 9:45. With just 1 min rest, I got tired faster.

I did yoga yesterday evening and tonight. I think it helped my flexibility and my breathing.

Ok run. I ran a hilly loop twice. This is the trail of my next planned Race. It typically is a quiet trail but it was really busy today but not many riders do this loop.

Run ended fine. It started slow and I kept landing flat. It was dark and the trail is technical and I worried about rolling my ankle. I eventually got better. I did the drills on the road and they went fine.
