Trail Run 1 [3]

We made it to the state park,but I spent the entire trip sleeping so we cut it short. Based off how I’m feeling, I think I need to take next week off. If I feel better, I can always finish this week’s runs. I never made it to the trail, so I’ll make a decision when I can keep a coherent thought.

This went ok. Initially I wasn’t even sure I could run for an hour. I started a bit slower than 30 sec. I forgot to hit the lap button after the first increase but at the second it was about 45 sec faster. The next was 15 sec. The 4th was 60 sec faster. I knew there was a big jump somewhere because of where I ended. The next was 15 and the last was 30. The last one was really tough but after that I felt good.
