I worried about this run some. The first 2 Mile segments went ok but I struggled with the 3rd. I had to step off for a few seconds at .75.

Went to the race trail. It was so cold this morning and I wore a heavy coat. It was hard to run in it and I had to keep adjusting everything. I definitely won’t wear this coat and run again.
