Ok run. I changed shoes twice before really starting. Once I got going my Achilles’ tendon loosened up and everything was fine.

Short hike and run with some new shoes. They are more shoe than I usually wear but they were on clearance and felt good. We’ll have to see how it goes.

We had a string of storms and only one a few trails are open. This one is hilly but no real problem with my foot. I haven’t had it taped since Tuesday. The pain would move from where it attached to the foot and up. Mostly it’s just stiff.

I survived swimming laps at the gym pool. At one time I was a fairly strong swimmer, I just don’t enjoy it. With that said, when I was routinely swimming, my breathing was much better. That’s one of my goals.
