It’s been raining so there is only one trail open. I did 2 laps of an hour section. The second loop was a few seconds faster than the first. I wore some stiff shoes and they did better than last time. I’m hoping that I can wear them when we hike the Narrows in Zion. The mud slowed me a bit

Horrible run. My feet were on fire and never got any better. I finally stopped running and walked home.

Trail Run (Easy run) 48:00 [3] 4.0 mi (12:00 / mi)

Easy trail run that felt pretty good. We got home two hours before. It was a long 2 day trip. It felt good to get my Bella and go for an easy run. When we got home, she greeted us quickly and then ran to the kitchen and started to eat. I watched her eat 3 bowls of food. I guess she didn’t eat much while we were gone. All of our dogs have quirks but she is probably the nuttiest.
