Good news, I stayed upright this week. My back was still really bothering me. In fact, just driving to the trail hurt. I typically focus around the pain but this time I focused on where it was to try and figure it out. Most likely it’s sciatica triggered by trying to lengthen my stride and limping because my knee and hip are sore. I kept my strides short for most of the run which helped. With an hour to go, I stopped to tie my shoe and noted my left shin had turned green. At the car afterwards it was only yellow. I consider that better.
