This was a decent run. I made it to marathon pace. I kept trying to go faster but couldn’t maintain it for 2 minutes.

Not a lot of choices in trails so I went to one that I hadn’t run in years. The first half was flat and then I found the hills. I got lost multiple times. It took me another 75 minutes to find my way out. I could have run the bulk of that but decided to just hike and enjoy it.

First run after getting home. There’s been more rain and I went to a flat concrete trail. Strides were good. I did a few earlier ones to get my legs moving faster.
