I did hills that included differing percentages trying to mimic outside. That worked ok. I signed up for the peloton app for my daughter in law. I do like their classes. It really helps with the boredom.

Had a bad storm roll though. I tried to hit it at the end but I ran quite a bit of that in the rain. It kept me cooler but there were a few slick miles and I didn’t bring my mud shoes because the rain should have been over. Did I mention that I still need a better weather app.
Treadmill intervals (Ladder) 50:00  5.0 mi (10:00 / mi)
I had to do this run on a treadmill. It’s 85 degrees this morning and that’s just too warm for me to run this fast. I did a decent job at hitting the times. The 2nd half mile had a few coughing spells where I had to step off for just a second or two.
