The average shows a bit less than 11:45 but most of the run was at that pace. It seemed a bit harder than usual.

The route is rolling versus flat but it was starting to rain and I wanted to stay around the house.

I started a bit slower at 11:50 because I was worried about the steps. The 2 min steps were easier. My breathing needs work on the treadmill. The shorter pieces are easier because I can focus while I’m doing those.

This was a good run. I tried to keep at medium effort but some might have been a bit harder.

Another good run. I’m trying to figure out the shoes for the race and due to weather, this may be one of my last chances.
