I had hoped to do a walk but I was just to sore.

We’ve had a lot of family drama here this week. My husband’s niece was having a difficult pregnancy and then discovered her husband had a girlfriend. People need to use polaroids. Both my husband and our daughter helped her to get moved in a week so I had the kids a lot. There is also work drama. Next week needs to get better.

Races seem like a better idea on the day before than the day after.

The last 1/4 mile of each mile went fine. It was almost easier than the other 3/4.

This was shorter than planned. I did an out and back and I finished much quicker than I started.

This was a good run. I ran easy but well. Often this route takes 5 minutes longer.
