Not the best run but I practiced working through issues. It had rained so the trail was a mess, I tried some new shoes that I might have brought to the race but they didn’t work. I started once for 30 seconds and headed back to the car, I made some changes and got to 2 1/2 minutes. I then changed shoes. Those didn’t feel great either but since they were old faithful, I knew it was my attitude. I was going slow and decided to play music. I had to work out issues with it, but then it started to help. It felt good to work through it.
