Maple Leaf 5K cross country race at Baldwin golf course. Ran entire way.
5th, M60+. Pace was steady and stayed behind a pair of women (one was about 6'3") then passed them at mile 2 and another female slowly passed and we ran the rest of the way in. The last runner was a duathlete who was on some national team at one time.
