Perry SP Bike Trails - about 10K w/ Spike. Spike took along a USGS topo map, I used the not-to-scale map from the May 5 10K trail race. Trails are clean and nicely cleared. 10 miles on this on June 9 will be "endurance" for me for sure.

After working the finish for the Pathways Animal Assisted Therapy 5K (easy only 27 finishers), biked out to Lakeview including riding on the unfinished portion of Kasold. On return, took Grand Vista up Monterey and back on Peterson.

Thursday May 17

AM - AFH Dog Days calisthenics. 5 pullups at start on own, lots of timed drilled todays.

10 min before Dog Days on level 3 of AFH (raining earlier so I didn't run to campus), then 20 min run outside (about 6:15 am), over bridge to W Campus down to 19th, and back. Easy.

After campus workout, did 10 min more stretching not covered at Dog Days.

Wednesday May 16

PM - after work rode to west end of Clinton Parkway, took loop around development (Lake Pointe Dr) just east of the T and rode old partially closed streets (E920 Rd) back to bikepath and home. About 70F, nice day.

Tuesday May 15

strength/stretching 35:00 [1]
AM - 5 pullups at AFH, then calisthenics. DId some running in the fieldhouse since it rained this morning. 5 more pullups after running.
At home, did the rest of the Jones stretching that weren't done at AFH.

AM - 4 laps with stairs and lunges - easy. Lightheaded this morning. Took a Zyrtec last night. . .
