| Vasque Summer Intro "10K" Trail Run. At Shawnee Mission Park - on the new trail network NW of tennis courts. A lot of packed dirt paths - smaller percentage of rocky sections than old trails. A little muddy after overnight rain. Was going to run in my Salomons, but opted for studded shoes. |

| AM - Dog Days #5 - 10 min stretching hamstring. calves, quads on own ahead of practice, then Red Dog's calisthenics and drills on football field (lunges, backwards run 100 yds).
On run home stopped at Pinckney schoolyard, did 5 pullups. Need to start doing these again. |
