AM - PT stretches for right shoulder (rotator cuff problem - almost worked out, but probably another related problem., but not going to bother with the expense of an MRI to check it out. Just can run and take a hard fall).
And some of Rob Jones stretches for the hamstring.

Wednesday Apr 2

skiing &other (walk) 4:00 [1]
(injured) shoes: Asics Gel-Cumulus9
So tired of doing nothing except eating, decided to walk to work this morning. Good for the body, good for the soul. Walked past Jim May's (old biking friend killed by a motorcyclists during a bicycle race in Wichita) apartment on 4th St, the 1226 W 7th Gran Sport Shop, and the 1019 W 9th Gran Sport Shop, the old neighborhood at 818 Arkansas when we used to walk Damon in the stroller, passed the Eglinski house on Mississippi. A nice nostalgic tour.

Hamstring was OK for the walk.

Tuesday Apr 1

strength/stretching 20:00 [1]
(injured)
Visited Dr Rob Jones (active release technique) to get help on the hamstring strain. Did some good hard massaging. Rob thinks I should be ready in time to run the Lincoln Marathon May 3. Encouraging. Game be a new dynamic stretching routine to do before any run or cycling workout.
