Levee Cafe run. Pt zero west 2 miles and back. Walked 1st 5 min, then 90/30 sec Galloway intervals. Average run pace going out about 10:50; 9:00 on way back as I left the group to keep my run about 45 min.
I did not notice the earthquake tremor several people were talking about (Oklahoma quake felt as far as Des Moines, some say).

Breakfast at Levee Cafe - the apple crisp french toast was great.

Kaw River levee, from mile 0 north to US 24 and back. First time that far north. Nice morning, 60F, sunny, saw 4 deer.
1:30/0:30 run/walk interval with goal pace of about 10:50.

Downtown zigzag was Dog Days Run, then added trip to north Lawrence to run by the opened Levee Cafe. At 45 min, walked 3 blocks back to car.

Took the eastern half of the Lawrence Loop trails to Haskell & 31st, then out east on 1100 Rd to Davenport Winery Rd to Vinland. Then back via Baker Wetlands Discovery Center and Haskell and back home. Stopped 20 min to chat with Keith Dowell just south of Broken Arrow Park. Good ride, not wasted, kept pace just shy of "at tempo" Got some uphills today.

Walked around South Park at Kansas Fiddling & Picking Champs and ate a Korean BBQ burrito (by Mr. Bacon). 12 min of foam roller and heel stretching.
