7 am - a glaze of ice on the sidewalk and driveway, so canceled run and my Spanish lesson at the library later in the morning. By 11 am, streets and sidewalks were all OK. Ran via Burcham Park Trail to Ad Astra, stopped and chatted with Gary Henry. Then a brief stop at Sunflower Bikes before going over th GGRS and a longer chat with Carl Specking. Good day for a run.
Hamstrings (both legs ) cramped in after the KU/Okla St basketball game. Got out of the easy chair too quickly trying to take a photo of the cardinal outside the picture window. 2nd time in 3 days having leg cramps. Maybe I'm not drinking enough water; certainly not sleeping well and drink too much caffeine.

Ken Baldwin led calisthenic drills, interspersed with laps around the gym - 1, then more exercises, then 2, 3, 4, and finally 5 laps. 1 more for warm down.
In spite of the 60 degree forecast, I could have slept in and gone out for a bike ride later, but being a creature of habit, I went to the Dog Days workout at the Sports Pavilion. Calisthenics, yes, but it's my morning social group.
