Ft Leavenworth Adventure Series: Bing-O. Score O to 24 locations. 50F, overcast, no rain. Pretty clean run. Walked in a few spots to try not ot overdo the effort.

Comm. Bldg. Was going to run a little before the DD workout, but it was raining (lightly) and decided to sit in the car and dfo Dulingo Spanish. Then with Kenny Baldwin leading, we did a non-stop workout calisthenics, then runs, calis, run, calis. After run came inside to do static stretches while chatting with Sam Perkins.

14 laps (~ 7/8 miles) in gym then ran along Mass. to 6th and back to 10th then 6th and back to Comm. Bldg - staying along edges of the bldgs. Light mist.
Easy jog walk in gym and at tempo on Mass.

At SPL: Dynamic stretching, achilles-related toe raises and buzz saw planks, then Dog Days work.

The run was 4 laps from soccer field and running to all the stairs. Did 3 laps, then left achilles got sore, so stopped. Overdoing the calf/ankle stretches?

dynamic stretching at home, then ran first downtown before Dog Days workout, then static stretching in the gym afterwards.

18 blocks (= 2.25 mi) from 11th/Vt to 6th/Mass with a couple of jogs to either side of Mass on the way back.
After Dog Days calishentics inside, went out with the group to 7th & Mass. I cut the Dog Days route short to keep the total time close to 30 min for the day. This loop added 9 more blocks. Went back inside the Comm. Bldg to stretch before going home.

No motivation to run at all this day in spite of decent weather. Went to Dr. Hambleton to check if I needed a tooth extraction and implant. Good news, the upper tooth did not need any work. But Dr. Hambleton said the opposite lower tooth was the cause of the pain the last 10 days. So the root canal is set for this Thur to fix the problem.
