"Outer" Lawrence Loop. Home, Marin Park, Rock Chalk Park, bike path, Eagle Bend, 458 to Kugler Winery, Leary Rd passed Haskell, then back to Haskell and bikepath to Noria Rd, Bus. Park, 19th, bikepth, home.
Temp:65F when I started. Nice day.

Run of the Campus Fountains. From Lied Center to Dole Center, over bridge to Murphy Hall, Sunnyside, behind Chancellor's house, Alna Crawford House, 13th & Oread, Chi Omega fountain, Crescent to Engel Rd and back over bridge to Lied. Right Achilles/heel has been tender, so did not want to run hard or with long strides; did Galloway 90/30 intervals with easy running.

Emma Hauser was doing a workout around the track during our whole workout. Had to tell friends that she is not a junior Olympian but one of the best women runners in Lawrence.

4 laps - easy with walking the last 200m.

Sitting the sun yesterday afternoon to help with the high jump drained a lot of energy. Almost decided not to workout this morning; glad I went.

Skipped doing the Dog Days 2 laps (track to 21st to La. to 19th, then set of snaking stadium steps).
