First day of doctor's order: No more running or biking until MRI and EP Study of the heart. Pacemaker may be in my future. Continuation of tests on the left bundle branch block.
Can't run the Dr Bob XC Race. Quantico event out.

14th/Rhode Island to 6th/Mass and back. 100% running, no walks. Did not feel fast - effort to keep up with others around me.

Initial plan was to run to downtown and try to get in 45 minutes worth of running. Decided to run to KU Campus since I hadn't been there in awhile. That made it a 67 min instead. Tried a different Galloway interval: 60 sec run, 30 walk. From Hillcrest Center, decided to do an 2:30 run/30 walk interval a few times - just to shorten to the total elapsed time. Felt a little tired at the end, then saw I had gone about 2 miles further than I wanted. Still OK.
Temp: 65F, humid, a little fog at first then sunny.

rode back from Lawrence Auto Diagnostic after dropping off truck.
Not a lot of energy. Bonked went I got home. Didn't eat a very full lunch this day.

Was going to go for a 20 mile bike ride, then rain started about 10 am and stayed in. Another rest day.
Went with Dee to Fiddlin & Picking Championships at South Park this afternoon.

Checking out the Rexy Run 5K course for photo ops tomorrow and making it my wekeend long run by running through the Baker Wetlands. Pace was good for my for 10+ mile run. 90/30 intervals were just right. Took one water bottle and 1 gu.

No exercise for 48 hrs after tooth implant yesterday - so a rest day.
Watched Little League World Series and napped.
